For customers in the European Union or the United Kingdom, a 14-day cooling-off period applies, granting you the right to cancel your purchase for any reason within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in its original packaging, with all tags, labels, and accessories included.
- The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, exactly as received.
- The item must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

If these conditions are not met, KeyCam reserves the right to deny the return.
2. How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

- Email address used during the purchase
- Reason for the return or exchange
- Once your request is reviewed and approved, our support team will send you:
- A return shipping label
- Instructions on how and where to send your package
Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.
- After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will confirm whether it qualifies for a refund or exchange.
3. Damages, Defects, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:
- You received a damaged or defective product
- You received the wrong item
In such cases, we will evaluate the issue promptly and, if confirmed, send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:

- Gift cards
- Final sale items
Additionally, we do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable items, or perishable goods.

5. Exchanges
The quickest way to receive a replacement is to return your original item (following the process above). Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.
6. Refunds

If approved:
- Refunds are automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

7. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the legal right to cancel or return their order within 14 days, without needing to provide a reason.
The item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging — and you must provide proof of purchase.
8. Shipping Costs for Returns
- Returns due to product defects or errors on our part: fully covered by KeyCam.
- Returns due to change of mind, size, or preference: shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
