ADDRESS ACCURACY

KeyCam™ is committed to delivering products to the address provided by the customer. To avoid delivery issues, please carefully review all address information entered at the time of placing your order.

ABSENT RECIPIENT

It is important that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the products. Delivery carriers will generally make up to three delivery attempts. If no one is available to receive the package, it may be redirected to the nearest local carrier office for pickup.

The recipient will have up to 7 calendar days to collect the package. If the package is not collected within this period, it will be returned to the sender, and a new shipping fee will be required for reshipment.

All information regarding delivery attempts, as well as the address of the carrier office for pickup, will be available via order tracking, which can be accessed using the tracking code provided by KeyCam.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

KeyCam is not responsible for addresses provided incorrectly or incompletely at the time of purchase. If this occurs and the package is returned to the sender, no further delivery attempts will be made to the same address.

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect or incomplete address information, the customer is not entitled to a refund and will be responsible for the cost of a new shipping fee to resend the product.

PROCESSING TIME

After payment confirmation, your order will go through picking, packing, and dispatch, which typically takes 1 to 3 business days.

TRACKING CODE AND SHIPMENT

You will receive a tracking code at the email address provided during checkout within up to 7 business days after your order has been processed.

DELIVERY TIME

The estimated delivery time varies between 3 and 15 business days after the order has been dispatched. However, situations such as customs delays, carrier strikes, adverse weather conditions, high-risk areas, or national holidays may affect this timeframe.

The maximum delivery period is 60 business days.

SHIPPING METHODS

Products are delivered via local carriers. In cases such as an absent recipient, regional delivery limitations, or address errors, the customer may be required to pick up the product at the nearest carrier office.

If the address is entered incorrectly, the product may be returned to the sender. Customers are strongly advised to double-check their address before completing the order. In the event of an incorrect address resulting in non-delivery, the customer is responsible.

Carriers will make up to three delivery attempts. If delivery cannot be completed, the product will be available for pickup at the nearest carrier office for up to 7 days. After this period, it will be returned to the sender.
